ERW Division : Pipes are being manufactured from the steel coils. The above project involved the data to be acquired from the 4 types of NDT (Ultrasonic Non- destructive testing) and from various physical sensors mounted over the line. It comprised of 5 computers linked via ethernet . Our job involved the functions of

1. Providing them with total hardware like data logger, Remote modules for physical parameters like temperature, speed, etc.;
   
2. High-speed data acquisition cards for NDT using PC Add-on cards ;
   
3. Integrating all these components using our Intellution SCADA software ;
   
4. Extensive report and analysis software using VB.

For monitoring of humidity and temperature of automobile division

The function of the project was to monitor humidity and temperature parameters continuously and to provide the real-time & historical trends.

Automation of CGC Furnace of automobile division

The function of the project was to automate the complete process of gear manufacturing of CGC Furnace. It involved data acquisition of physical parameters like Temperature, Percentage Carbon, level, Pressure, etc. Using PLC, the complete movement of gears was automated through the various stages of furnace. A customer-friendly report generation software was developed and integrated with SCADA software.

The function of the project was to monitor temperature and pressure of mixing vessel.

Monitoring of temperature , humidity and Energy

The function of the project was to monitor physical parameters of 3 chambers for refrigerators testing.
Aim of the project was to continuously test the various parameters for many hours and to analyse the reports generated by the SCADA software.

Monitoring of temperature , humidity, pressure, and level.

The function of the project was to monitor physical parameters of the steam boilers at the power station. It was implemented using digital recorders. The system was installed and integrated with various other devices.
